Full album mastering for indie rock acts with management, label backing, or dedicated marketing spend. Every project runs through a documented two-stage process, backed by a guarantee.
A full critical listen against the release brief and your reference track — whether that’s one song or a full running order — covering levels, balance, and anything else that could cause problems once mastering starts. You get a written PDF report before any processing begins, flagging anything a single or EP needs addressed just as thoroughly as a full album, so issues get caught and can be sent back to the mix for rectification while they’re still cheap to fix.

Once the audit is clear and the adjusted mix is returned, the release is mastered to the agreed loudness spec and reference: song by song for singles, with consistency across the tracklist for an EP, or for flow and pacing across the full running order for an album. Every release is delivered the same way — documented session notes, high-resolution WAV files, and MP3 reference copies — whatever the release format.
The audit isn’t a formality, and it isn’t a step designed to bill you twice. It exists because a problem caught before mastering begins is a five-minute note back to the mix engineer — the same problem caught after is a master that has to be redone. You get a written report either way. If there’s something worth flagging, you’ll know exactly what it is and why it matters. If there isn’t, you’ll get that in writing too: confirmation your mix is ready, before a single note of processing touches it.

Additional revisions - Per round, after the 2 included rounds = £15
Stem mastering - Up to 5 stems per track = £125
DDP CD mastering - Flat rate per project = £60
Other formats & services - Vynil prep, alternate versions, and more = On enquiry

Payment Terms
Deposit
50% required to secure your project slot. "The deposit paid to reserve a project slot is non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the client, regardless of when the cancellation occurs."
Balance
Remaining 50% due before final files are delivered.
Payment methods
Bank transfer or major credit / debit card. Payment details will be included on the Invoice generated at order stage.
Turnaround
Singles: typically 2-3 days. EP's and Albums confirmed on booking.

The delivery Guarentee
If something makes it through the Safe Hands Dual-Stage Protocol that fails the loudness spec or reference we agreed and shouldn’t have — I’ll fix it at no additional cost, with no limit on attempts, provided it’s raised within 90 days of final delivery. That’s a mistake in my process, and it’s on me, not you. Changes of preference outside the agreed brief are handled as additional revisions.
